Horses 4 & 5 years old can run in the Futurity.
Futurity 2D is 3/4 sec split.
Derby 2D is a 3/4 sec split. Horses are eligible for 3 years after their futurity year.
Horses of any age can run in the Open 4D. 4D is 1/2 second splits.
3D Youth Incentive, 16 & under. Full second splits.

As the nominations and entries increase, the payout will increase at the Pink Buckle Barrel Race in future years. Our goals are to write big checks to entrants, stallion owners and breeders! We have created an opportunity for contestants of all skill levels to compete at the world’s richest barrel race!!
Equal payout across the ‘D’s’ in the 4D will ensure that all skill levels of barrel racers have a chance to go home with a huge check.
The Futurity is the richest in the world! Futurity contestants have the option to roll their times to the 4D.
