Upon acceptance of stall assignment, I have acknowledged the stall to be in good working order with no damages. I understand that I will be held responsible for any damage to the stall and stall components, including but not limited to panels, hinges, latches and locks and that I will reimburse the Lazy E Arena for repairs to the damaged stalls and stall components during my stay or if my horse and/or equipment remain after lockout hours. The Lazy E Arena is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, including but not limited to tack, animals and shavings.
